The room at No12 in Mansle-les-Fontaines was cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom with a refreshing shower. As a couple, we loved how clean and well-maintained the room was, making us feel right at home.
Personally, we found the lack of a seating area in the double room a bit inconvenient. However, this is just our opinion, and others might still find it perfectly adequate.

My recent stay at No12 Bed & Breakfast was very nice! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, made us feel right at home. The interior design of the bedroom suite was beyond fine, with a mix of artwork and artifacts from around the world that transported us to far off lands. The attention to detail was perfect, from the delicious continental breakfast served in the beautiful garden overlooking the Charente, to the little extras like chocolates, toiletries, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The super-king size bed was comfortable, and the perfectly laundered white bed linen added an extra touch of luxury. We were so impressed with our stay that we decided to alter our schedule and extend it to two nights. I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough - it is one of the best B&B experiences we have ever had. I highly recommend No12 Bed & Breakfast for a really good stay.
